The National Health Practitioner Ombudsman & Privacy Commissioner is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals. The office is governed by strict legislation which means that we cannot provide comments on individual complaint cases.

Make a complaint

We deal with complaints about the bodies responsible for implementing Australia's national health practitioner regulation scheme. The majority of complaints to our office concern the administrative actions of AHPRA and the National Boards.
